Both the National Altered Dog Invitational and the Fredericksburg All Breed Conformation and Performance Cluster have multiple and varied levels of grooming and crating space.

- You can take advantage of our free grooming pavillion, which is outdoors, but does have limited access to electricity and a concrete floor. The pavillion is 130 ft by 70 ft and is covered. It is a short walk (less than 50 yards) via a paved path way, to the show ring building.
- Premium Grooming space is available for $50 for each 8x10 space. Exhibitors may purchase multiple spaces based on the number of dogs they have entered with a maximum of 1 space for every 2 dogs entered. This is a fully air-conditioned building with power available for each space. The building is less than 15 feet from the Show Ring Building and is connected via a paved walk way. This building will also feature all of our vendors.
- Members of the club who are volunteering for the event - as set up/take down crew, ring stewards, hospitality committee members, runners, admin assistants or jack of all trades, can gain access to VIP grooming in the show ring building. There will be no other crating ringside. For all other exhibitors, ringside access is limited to 20 minutes before ring time. - Exhibitors using the free grooming pavillion are also asked to be conscious of others and share resources. Crates should be stacked when possible, and spaces should be used based on the number of dogs you have entered. Maximum 1 space for every 2 dogs entered. This space is first come, first served. We do ask that you reserve grooming space in the free pavillion with your registration so we can ensure everyone has access as needed. There are ceiling fans in the shaded Pavillion-- but it is still August! Fans are advised and welcome.
- Since grooming and crating areas are not in the same building as the show rings, groups will be given ring not before times. Ringside crating will be allowed 10 minutes before your assigned time and all ringside crates must be removed 10 minutes after judging of your group is completed. All crates must be marked with your name and contact information so you can be contacted before your things are moved.
